James Humphrey III has been with HCL for 25 years and has served as estimator and project manager in that time. He is responsible for project management, estimating, scheduling, budgeting, new project bids, pricing change proposals, buy outs and expediting equipment, and developing existing and new client relationships. James received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Master of Science in Construction Management from Texas A&M University. He also served as secretary for the Houston Area Plumbing Joint Apprenticeship committee. Additional education and licenses include, licensed Journeyman Plumber and the MCAA project management course.
